Who says Beijing culinary is Peking duck only? If you are a Moslem and look for halal food, please find it at restaurant Xinjiang. Xinjiang province is a province of China which majority of Moslems.

One of  Xinjiang restaurants in Beijing is located in north door Worker Stadium. The food served there more spice than other China foods. They present satay of sheep and cattle had been stabbed with a long iron 30 inches, and not with bamboo skewers that we usually see.


Culture province of Xinjiang is closer to the culture of Central Asia. Faces of XinJiang’s people are slightly different with people of Han, a majority tribe in China. Their faces blend of Central Asia and China.

Even more interesting, the Xinjiang restaurant is not only served halal food, but also dances and music typical of Xinjiang. Dancers came from Xinjiang province. Most of the dance is a belly dance, thick with the culture of Central Asia which accompaniment with a Tabla musical.

Young and beautiful dancer with graceful bend to wiggled her body and her stomach quickly. Tourists who came from various nations were welcomed with loud applause.
